What we offer

GUIDANCE

Our coaches lead you through safe, effective workouts with personal support in every class. You’ll also have a dedicated coach for ongoing help, including tailored nutrition guidance to support your goals beyond the gym.

ACCOUNTABILITY

You’ll train with supportive, down-to-earth people who encourage each other to improve. The group atmosphere keeps you motivated, and your coach helps you stay consistent with both training and nutrition.

COMMUNITY

Being around others who share your goals is uplifting — and your achievements will be celebrated by everyone.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit® is a structured strength and conditioning programme built around weightlifting, bodyweight movements, carries, running, rowing, biking and more. All movements are functional, so you’ll notice real improvements in your everyday life.

REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASSES FOR 18-60YR OLDS

These classes are available through our flexible monthly memberships. An onboarding session is required before joining your first class.

2. BOOK AN ONBOARDING CLASS

Begin your journey with one or three one-hour personal sessions, blending gym coaching and nutrition support to set you up for long-term success.

3. TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Take the first step towards feeling your best by choosing one of our simple rolling membership options.
